Sounds like crossfire between #5 and #7 plug wires (the rear two on the driver's side). Try separating those two wires as far as you can, and where they to have to cross, be sure to cross them at right angles. If this fixes it, buy yourself a set of good plug wires, and install them with as much separation between those two as you can manage.
