Looking For A 413ci. engine

Hello Gang;

Is there anyone out there knows where a 413ci MoPar engine might be found. There is a fellow that I know with a 64' Imperial that needs one along with transmission. He would like to find one for a reasonable price as he is not made of money, preferably out here in the west.
