Question about 1962 Southampton Disk Brake Conversion

no, i am not sure.  in fact, i suspect that is exactly what the problem may 
be.  i'm sure it can be fixed.  i was just wondering if anyone had already 
done this conversion and how hard it would be.  i'll let you know for sure 
what the problem was once i get into it . . . again.
