IML: Trim posts

Let's all remember to trim our posts and use plain text. 

I've gotten 4 digests so far today and each contains about 20% info and 80%
html coding, quotes, quotes of quotes, old headers/footers, etc.  It gets
kind of old plowing through all that stuff to find the new content.
