I had an Isuzu Pick Up that I took to a shop for an alignment and it came back with the steering wheel not straight and I am not sure that it was very well aligned either. Also, they charged me something like $80 for the alignment. After this experience, I would not have wanted then to touch any vehicle that I owned for any reason. My solution is to take the $80 lesson, and let everyone else know about your experience.
I had another "experience" with a Suburban at the Chevy Dealer (not GMC dealer) in McPherson, KS where they did not tighten up the tie rod ends. I discovered this little boo boo when doing an oil change after returning from a 1000 mile trip. I am sure that they would not have believed me if I had complained to them, so I just tell everyone else instead!
What ticks me off is that you cannot perrform alignments yourself.

Take the car back to them & make them do the alignment correctly or refund your money so you can take it to a shop who knows what the heck they are doing.George
