IML: 82 ROUGH IDLE

Nat, I had a problem passing emissions too,my air injection system was
leaking. It is a steel tube that runs from each cyl. head (back of eng.)
to the convertor.It starts on the drivers side near valve cover and
comes from a rubber hose connected to the air pump.Do you have a belt on
your air pump? I was hearing a minor exhaust leak under the hood and the
steel tube was rusted . I replaced it and car passed with flying
colors.This was two years ago so Chrysler still should have the steel
tube if you need it.Hope this helps
