RE: IML: Fl Car Insurance need help

It depends on what part of Florida you live in. Some Counties will not honor Classic Car insurance even if you had it. Florida as a state is very lenient about classic cars, but the individual counties and cities are another matter. Some cities that are young and growing discourage old cars unless you keep them in an indoor garage. Project cars are a recipe for trouble in certain counties unless you keep them out of sight. Florida people are fanatical about anything that might hurt real estate prices, such as a trashy looking project car. The best advice I can give you, is to go with the big companies like ALLSTATE, GEICO, and STATE FARM which all offer classic car policies. They will not be as cheap as those other companies, but without a garage, they may be your only choice. Also check your local laws regarding classic cars. Have an Imperial day.
