Not fond of the 'gilles' on the side of the 1969 and prefer the full-width light arrangement on the 1970-71. The 1970 grille looks cleaner than the 1971 without the fancy covers on the headlamp doors of the 1971. And I like the Imperial block letters on the rear bumper as opppsed to the "IMPERIAL by Chrysler" on back of the 1971. Of course, if anyone came up to me with any 1969-71 Imperial and said, "Here, it'e yours" Take it", I wouldn't say no. Just my warped tastes in auto styling.
