For my 63 and 66 I have the first style full round dual snorkel, and a hose 
connecting the driver's side oil filler cap with the left snorkel.  The right 
valve cover has a PVC.
And yes dbl snorkel was a dual exhaust in those years too.

On non CAP cars some  63's may have a draft tube on the right valve cover.  
Our 62 has the draft tube. I do believe that I'll bring the standards up a few 
years later this summer.
