Thanks for the suggestions, links, and the heads up on getting the car back!

Does anybody have a mechanic or shop suggestion in the Naples or southwest Florida area that would/could do this?  On having the computer codes flashed can/should that be done at a dealership or can a NAPA or other parts store do this?
