I would make sure they tranny is serviced with ATF+4 and the computer is flashed with the latest software.

I?d also have it scanned for any stored trouble codes and the CVI values (a measure of wear).

This may help or the tranny may just be showing its age.

I doubt the tranny is the reason for the vibration.  I?d suspect a motor mount if it vibrates when stopped and it?s not a misfire or something like that.
