Hi;
Why would you pull an engine, rebuild it, and only
install it for the car shows? Would you remove the 413 after the car shows and
reinstall the crate engine? It seems like an awful lot of needless work, 413's
aren't exactly known for being unreliable once put together right. Another issue
is that the cast iron Torqueflyte will not mate up with an engine later
then 1962 so you would need to change that as well. On top of that everytime you
remove and replace something big like an engine you stand a good chance of
breaking something or scratching paint.
