Is this idea too far out?I don't know Mike; only that he serves America in a proud tradition, and he stands in my place because I can't.If we knew the community in which Mike lives we might contact the local newspaper and television outlets and make them aware that one of our service personnel has had parts of his Imperial stolen, as he serves in Afghanistan. Even scum are subject to some societal rules, and this kind of theft is beyond all conscience. Someone, besides the thief himself, knows about these parts. He has probably bragged to some of his buddies. We could even put up some sort of reward.I hate to just sit here and say "Oh well", if there is anything we can do to protect his backsides while he's protecting ours.If there are others out there who are interested in this admittedly half-baked idea, or have a better one, please contact me off list.Gary Kitterman'56 C-73 "Babe

On my 4 cyl turbo Lycoming engine I also found that this sealer with cork gaskets woirked better than the silicon gasket 'upgrade' on the vertical cyl head covers.
