IML: Hemi Heads

I have a couple of questions that I need an answer on, please help.
#1. Who in the San Jose are can resurface Hemi Heads (392) and put new valves in them, and valve guides in them? Valve guides have a lot of blowby but pretty good compression. What would be a reasonable price for the job?
#2. It is necessary to put harden valve seats and valves in the heads? I thought since all gas is unleaded it might be better to get seats and valves replaced.
I appreciate any answers and opinions, so I can get it right the 1st time!!
