Re: IML: '60 headlight switch removal, help?

Disconnect the battery. Reach around behind the dash until you find the headlight switch assembly. Feel of it until you locate a small, spring loaded button. VERY small, maybe 3/16" around. Push this button down, while pulling the headlight knob and shaft out. You may have to pull the knob out part way to get the button all the way down. Once the knob and shaft are out, you can remove the switch via the screwed on escutcheon. Note: Not owning a '60, I am guessing they use a standard-type headlight switch. If they don't. disregard.

I want to remove and replace my headlight switch on my '60 Crown.  There is no set screw in the knob.  How do I get it off to pull the switch?  Manual says nothing about it that I can find.
