Lowell has plenty of them.  Bob H probably does too.

If you're bound and determined to recycle, JB weld is
very permenent, so if you screw up, you have to live
with it, but if you do it right and are careful in
re-applying the emblem, you might be ok.

If you want to be really lazy, you could always get
clear silicone, clean the paint well, and adhere the
letter straight to the paint.  Gotta be careful when
washing, but that could work.
