My advice is, call your glass guy and fork over $100 to have him install the 
thing.  He's done this kind of thing before and will be less likely to bust 
your undoubtedly rare and expensive windshield.  Besides, the gass guy's 
kids have to eat too.  YMMV

Will be installing a windshield this weekend in Bakersfield. Anyone have any 
tips or how to do this for first timmer? I have read my manual several times 
but like to hear from some one who has done it themselves. It is the 56 
Hardtop I will be doing.
