The same basic 5-button HVAC switch innards were used
from 1959-1969 on all Mopars.  There are many donors
out there, plus they appear on Ebay regularly.  So
broaden your search.  Also, NAPA cataloged an
identical appearing switch for 1969 Chyrslers - you
might check to see if they still do, and if the switch
will interchange. 

The vacuum control is a plug-in on the back of the
switch.  It is rather fragile and can break easily.
