It depends Mark, on some like the 61-63 Imps, youd need the entire ac box
that mounts to the engine side of the firewall, since the hole in the
firewall is the same. Of course, youd need the dash controls, the
compressor , brackets, all of the engine pulleys , condenser , hoses,
hardlines if possible , txp valve etc etc. As was said, Id try and be the
one who takes all the parts off of the donor car, to get as much of the
unforseen and often forgotten stuff that you dont realize you need till its
going together.
Id also try and stay apples to apples, within the body styles..C body to C
body, etc. A lot of the stuff under the hood is relatively the same across
the car lines, but from the firewall back its probably not. Ive been
involved with a couple b body retrofits.
Id be interested in what the car is and such, feel free to email me
privately.
