Ken and all,

My wife and I took a drive down to Summerville, GA,
this morning, and easily found Mopar Restos. Frank
Parks is a really nice guy, and I had a great time
talking with him. He showed me around his place, and
I tried to make notes of things I thought would be
interesting to the list.

I knew I had arrived at the right place when I walked
in the garage to find a '73 Imperial two door hardtop
that was FULLY optioned, including the factory
sunroof. Wow! Even though the car had been sitting
in the garage for about 10 years, it was in really
nice condition, and could be brought back to life with
a minimal amount of work.

Frank walked me around his place, and some other cars
of interest included a '70 Imperial two door hardtop
(sadly beyond reasonable restoration), a '71 Chrysler
New Yorker, a '70 Chrysler Newport, and, of course,
lots of A, B, and E body stuff. In a nutshell, Frank
seems to have mainly muscle car stuff, but also has a
good amount of parts for '64-'73 Imperials. He has a
"yard" with about 400 cars that I did not get to see
(evidently it's not easy to get to, and it was getting
darned HOT by 10:00 this morning), but this is the
main source of his inventory. He had a HUGE amount of
parts at his garage and storage buildings, all
cleaned, tagged, and well-organized.

He has a LOT of hubcaps -- I saw everything from a '60
Imperial hubcap all the way up to a '75 Imperial
hubcap.

Even though his main business seems to be muscle car
stuff, Frank really likes Imperials, and I enjoyed
talking with him. He's very knowledgeable about the
cars, seems friendly and honest, and I would certainly
recommend him as a vendor.

Hope this helps out some folks!

Thanks,

Elijah
