Hi Tony,
Thats just what mine did. On the 69, the relay is way up on the parking 
brake assy. Not the easiest to get at.
   According to the 69 parts book, the relay changed late in the model 
year. The late part number is 2983414. I looked that up in Len Dawsons 
catalog & it shows fitting 70 as well.
     Check on Parts Voice for availabilty. There are 3 dealers showing as 
stocking it.
