That is called Mediterranian Blue Poly Chromatic with a Cloud White top. Polychromatic means that the color changes depending on the reflection. This color can appear to be very dark metallic blue, or it can become considerably lighter in bright light. All bets are off in pictures, but this one looks correct.

My '56 Southampton Four Door is still wearing its original paint in those colors.
