Keep it simple.  Regardless of what the clerk reads off the list for your
car, and they will invariably say group 24, insist on the highest rated
group 27.  Regardless of "new tech" pitches, in batteries bigger is
better.  It even fits under the thermal cover on my 82 Imperial, so you
know it will fit older boats.  Top posts of course, and left or right
polarity per original.  There are only a few American companies that make
all batteries, regardless of brand, so shop amp rating, warranty, and
price.  You might want to keep your Imperial All American, so ask or find
out the source.  Many are now imported from Asia.  For further data,
check "car battery manufacturers" on Google.
