IML: 81 thru 83 Imperials

This near cherry 82 I bought on e-Bay from Southern California just does
not run like my old rust belt veteran 82. No matter how I tweak it, it's
just not as smooth, nor nearly as reliable. I have followed all of the
website's fine suggestions, and, since I never say die, I am not about to
convert to a carburetor. If I must, I will emulate that quirky (CCC)
computer before I say uncle.
Which brings me to my question: does anyone have, or know of, the
availability of schematic and logic diagrams for the CCC, the Air Flow
Sensor, the Power Module, the ASDM, and the Fuel Flow Meter Module? I
understand that Dick rebuilds the Power Module, so perhaps a schematic is
available for that one. I also understand from his pages that he needs
some help. I am also retired, but restless, and would be happy to offer
assistance to others from what I might improve upon using more up to date
components.
I should hope, since these assemblies are "obsolete", that Chrysler would
be more cooperative in making them available. I know from experience
that this is not true for even 10 year old radios, as I spent days on the
phone trying to get schematics, finally getting one from an authorized
service dealer on the QT. Schematics for Chrysler radios by Alpine
(those marked made in Japan) and Gold Infinity, are not issued to anyone,
and they tell you that point blank.
One final note, I found an excellent Chrysler schematic of the overall
system in a Mitchell manual that is not even in the Chrysler FSM.
