There ought to be, it's been around for a while now. Don't know any other
brand names though.
If I were doing this, I'd use the POR-15 (or reasonable facsimile) first,
and then Dynamat (or reasonable facsimile) on top. This wouldn't be the
lightest possible treatment, if this matters.
