IML: conversion's and upgrades to our imps!

Hi Folks,
  lets remenmber that mutual respect and a friendly
happy place are hallmarks of the IML.   
Seems like some of the discussions are getting rather
heated and I would just like to remind everyone to
keep things IMPERIAL focused and respectful of
alternate viewpoints. we can disagree, just remember
to keep your comments respectful.
