IML: 62 head light switch.

	Hiya to one and all.  I have not had for long my 1962 Crown
Southampton, and I need your help and suggestions.  The head light switch
knob turns but will not pull out.  It is stuck big time.  Has anybody had
this happen before, and next how do you remove the switch, what's the
easiest way to access it.  any help would be cool.
