[GFS] MANY DIFFERENT NUMBERS??????

Did the early 58 Furys with the 318 engines have WCFB or AFB carburetors?
Also in 1957 and 58 I was driving all over Penna to look at the Limited
Edition Furys. I know several of them had 120 speedometers and not 150's.
That I am sure of. However, I don't remember if it was the 57 model, 58
model, or both. After all, that was 45 years ago.
When I was racing my 56 Fury on the dragstrips I spent a lot of
time
at the Chrysler garage and parts counter. Chrysler had a lot of early and
late parts for the same year car.
Also, Chrysler never had the money that GM and Ford had so they made sure
they used everything and made most of the Chrysler Prod. with
interchangeable
parts. (thank God)
I would believe that the FP31 number could very easily be in a 58
Fury. However, I could be wrong. (but I don't think so)
                                                                       Ron
