I took a drive up to one of the places where Forward Look cars go to die and donate their parts for the others still on the road. Here are some pictures from my May, 2009 visit.

Mark's '55 Desoto sedan.


This Imperial seems to dwarf the other full size cars surrounding it.


No trunk lid. The optional over the roof exhaust system must have kept the floor baords cooler during summer.


A "Pretty in Pink" '58 Thunderbird.


John recently "treated" the wasps living inside the passenger side headlight area of this '59 Dodge to some lacquer thinner. Big M- One, Wasps- Zero.


Funny how so many blue cars wind up repainted white.
