Looking for the crank pulley for a 57 D500 325 ci double rocker engine. Looks like at least two were offered that year - a longer one for use without the harmonic balancer (single rocker/poly engine), and a shorter one for use with the harmonic balancer. I’m looking for the short one.

Have you tried using a pulley from a Chrysler hemi? I would try the '55-'56 Chrysler pulley as it is a little shorter than the '57-'58. If it doesn't match up perfectly, you can space it out. I recommend this as I feel the probability of someone parting out a D500 is very slim.
