I posted a trouble question about turn signal problems in the past. Can't seem to find the answer. Turn signals work. All wiring checks out. The turn signal indicator flashes all the time. I want to make sure and verify I have the correct 3 prong flasher unit.

Can anyone provide correct P/N or what to use?

Thank You

Jim: At this point in time, there won't likely be any OE flashers left so that is off the table. Replacement then, as now, would be a three pin 12 V Tridon, like this:

They should be easily available at O'Reilly's, Pep Boys, etc. Nothing crazy. If you are running LED bulbs you might need the electronic version but still a 3 pin 12 V.

A working PN for a 57(ish) 12 V flasher is 1692 716. Searching for "1692716 flasher" turns up several possibilities:

Including:
