My 58

Actually, you'd be better off ordering a new set from Eaton Spring.  Get the shackle kits too.  By the time you get through looking for them, dealing with getting them to you, dealing with worn out rubber ect., you would have a brand new set in the car and their not 40 years old!

Steve,

I am planning on installing a new set of leaves. It's just that no one has a listing for pre '62 Mopar applications. I figured that I'd try looking them up for a '64 Dart and may be able to find a set of "off the shelf" units rather than a custom made (and more pricey) set.

Ah  I see

Call Eaton Spring.  They have them. .  .Buy them for my 62's and my 59 all the time from them.  64 ought to be a cake walk then.  http://www.eatonsprings.com/

The new springs arrived today. Installed them and they ride great. Got rid of the "floater" feel.

I gotta ask you

were those the ones that wer advertised as an over stock for like 70 bucks?  Alledgedly US made?  I won a set for my 71 fury for $60.00  If they are what they say, I got one hello a deal.  He had the shackle bushings and spring pads for 20.00 each set.  I figure my net savings on the deal was 200 with the shipping

Hi Steve,

Yup, those were the ones. They are Made in USA, fit good and ride nice. They arrived in 3 days after auction end.Sit about an inch high, but I suppose they'll seat after a while.

They were one Hello a deal!  Finally!!!  I got a break.  Good to know they fit well.  Then I can do the retrofit in hours, not days.  Everything on this Plyme takes months.  Grrrrr

I didn't get mine yet, but the auction ended Friday
