Location: San Antonio TX | This thing is pretty sad looking, but there seem to be a lot of options and appears mostly complete. Not sure if the AC is factory or not, I don't know enough to say. Has power windows, power brakes, power steering, and maybe a power seat. Not sure what engine that is; I want to say it's a poly but I can't tell. Not a fan of flames, especially on a luxury car like a New Yorker. To top it off there's an old trawling motor and some roof tiles in the trunk, which I'm sure is where the real money is at! All joking aside, $1500 seems like a reasonable price for the parts, or maybe even as a project if you got the time to put into a car that needs as much attention as this does to look dignified again. Maybe I'm wrong, but this actually looks pretty solid all around, though I can't say for sure without seeing underneath it. Throw a new front clip on it, get it running (supposedly ran when parked), and you might have yourself a decent drivable New Yorker project. https://waco.craigslist.org/cto/d/1956-chrysler-new-yorker/6764827802.html |

Location: Lower Mainland BC | For $1500, there are probably enough parts there for a 56 Chrysler owner to be happy.
Engine looks to be a 2 bbl 331 Spitfire poly.
Air con seem to be aftermarket. Not 1956 OE (which had the guts in the trunk).
Speaking of trunks, those are shingles not roofing tiles.
Hey, wasn't somebody looking for a hot water heater system for their 56 Imperial? I think we found it.
