Expert Posts: 2003 Location: Branson, MO | That is correct - the Adventurer engine could be ordered on any '59 DeSoto including the Firesweep according to my '59 manual and brochure. However, it appears to be available only with the Torqueflite transmission. | ||

They come on ebay now and then . I think someone is trying to just call them NOS now . I have also seen genuine NOS ones and they are worth a lot more . | ||
