hi
I have a 56 plymouth that is white and seafoam green. What color should the door jambs be panted to be correct color? This car started as a white car, and then seafoam was added either at the factory or later.

Not sure about the order of painting but according to these photos the door jambs might be two tone too, at least on a Belvedere (I stand to be corrected).

Made me go check what was up with my 56 Dodge door jambs.

Three tone car:



The firewall is the darker metallic (Royal poly) blue.



(Those ratty D500 hemi valve covers are one of the next projects).

And the door jambs are mostly the dark blue too (just a bit at the bottom by the rocker panels is the light (Wedgewood) blue) (at least on the rear door)

Ends of the doors are the darker blue



Probably didn't help you but it is more info.
