Are there any good lubricants for the headlight switch?........I'm dealing with the typical intermittent glow as I rotate the knob, how do you remove the switch and what would you use on the reostat coil?....... |

Thanks for that information......I'm going to try taking the switch out today.....looks like a bit of a mystery but I'll see what i can do. |

Location: Kansas City, KS | Removing the headlight switch is one of the easier tasks on an Imperial dash. There's a Allen head set screw on the knob and then a nut behind that. It pushes through and out the backside. There should be just enough slack in the wires to let it hang down for easier wire removal.
