The body rotisseries that are for sale or in my case home built are not made to handle the weight of a complete body. The best way I have seen is a car hoist that is used to lift just the body from the frame.

that's a heavy fricking car and huge.

I would simply get BIG jackstands/supports (like 6 to 8 may 3 -4 feet high?) to support the body and then drop the frame to the ground leaving the body in the air fully supported on "strong" sections and your engine hoist. it would be ideal to use a hydraulic lift at a garage in a shop since its so much easier to use(you have to make sure everythings disconnected as you lift).

Maybe you can borrow a garages lift for a couple days? Rent a bay?

I wouldn't try to "lift" the body off like that since its so big and heavy(unless you are gutting the car and removing glass) and its a 4 door hard top.

Roll the frame out from underneath and paint... roll the frame back underneath, drop the body back down on the frame.
