I have here a dome lamp w/ switch and wonder how to wire the switch.
The problem is the switch itself, because I think it should have two connections, but the aren't.
Is there somebody with a picture of a connected assembly

The dome lamp bulb normally has two contacts; power flows into one contact, through the bulb, and to the door jamb switch which provides the ground. If the dome light has a built-in switch, that switch also provides a ground.
