This weekend was the 25th anniversary of the Sangudo raceway. As part of the anniversary program, they had car show. I picked going to this one over the bigger Chipman. AB show.

Although I'm all about the small town car show, this was a pretty small show, with only 10 cars in total, of which 5 were Chrysler products. Out of the five, two were forward looks. I'll post one pic of mine, and all the pics of the other I took.

I know not everyone loves the '59s, but this was a nice Custom Royal 4-dr sedan. It's owner had to do quite a bit of body work repairing the rear quarters. He had to make the lower portions of the rear quarters. I think he did all right.

YA the small town atmosphere is more relaxing and a lot more personable and easy to enjoy. Is that 59 Dan Allen's father's car they own the Auto shop there in town nice people.I bought a 413 from Allen almost two years ago for a project not even started yet LOL. The Athabasca Car Show is July 1 and of coarse I'll be working again so my 57 won't be out again this year. The summer is to short to work.It has been pretty successful every year with about 60 to 70 cars.Keep it in mind you might enjoy the scenery.
