Expert Posts: 2490 Location: Kansas City, KS | Marc - I think your links are for later model engines with the cup style freeze plugs and not the disc style like Denis needs. I already posted in the other thread before I saw this one but here's the info again Napa lists freeze plugs for the 1961-1962 361 cylinder heads Sealed Power - SEP 3811012 O.D. (Inches) : 1.375" O.D. (Metric) : 34.925 mm

Expert Posts: 3887 Location: Northen Virginia | While doing some research in the old forums I found out that there are different posts with different sizes. Because going to Argentina with the wrong parts is not an option, I had to take the measurements myself, I also checked how Mother Mopar installed the plugs, since my car has some of the originals freeze plugs too.. Expert Posts: 1223 Location: Ramona, CA | Does anyone know what year Chrysler changed to the cup plugs? Had one fall out of my 300F and when looking for them, everyone shows cup plugs. I'm working with Melling so far to get their application listings corrected but they need to know the year span. I know '59 is the first year for the 413 but is it the same for earlier 350 and 361 engines?

Expert Posts: 1223 Location: Ramona, CA | See my reply in this other thread where posted the ones I got from Melling. Heads are 1 3/8", block is 1 5/8". Still don't know the year cut off but this is for a 1960. http://www.forwardlook.net/forums/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=72323&...
