Location: Muskego, WI | I'm installing the water pump and power steering pump onto my 354 Hemi. As I understand the setup, it uses a 2 groove crank pulley that lines up with the ps pump and inner water pump pulley. There should be a larger OD water pump pulley that then drives the AC compressor and generator. Is there a spacer between the inner and outer water pump pulleys? The pulleys I have seem to nest to close together as is and the outer pulley has a larger pilot hole than the pilot on the water pump. Does someone have the details to this setup?
Also, where do the heater hoses run on a 392? There is only one port on the water pump housing. |

Location: Ontario, Canada | As I recall, the 56 Imp 354 could be quite different than a 392 or my 58 354. The latter uses a 4 groove crank pulley to drive the two pair of belts. That pulley is a one piece unit.
I'll post some pics. Hard to see!!

Location: Muskego, WI | Thanks for the pictures Greg, much appreciated. I do have a 4 groove crank pulley, I'll have to dig it out and line things up. Do you know the part numbers for the belts? That crank/AC/generator belt must be pretty darn long.
