It is a Coronet.. But the complete Front Clip looks Custom Royal and Not original to that Dodge as it has the Custom Royal complete Trim set up

Yes, the car is a Coronet. The front clip is a replacement and not original to the car. The clip does have the Royal trim so likely came from a Royal donor car.

Not much. Chrome inserts on the fins (Coronet's are painted) and a small piece of trim between the bumper and trunk opening. Wider body side mouldings as well.

Actually, chrome under fin inserts were optionally available in chrome for all models.
