I bought the car last Month from a chap on The Isle of Wight. It's been here in the UK since late 2011. Beautiful condition throughout, though cracks in the paint on most panels mean after Christmas a whole repaint will take place. Other changes will be a return to wide whitewall Crossply tyres and electrical upgrade to 12v Negative Earth with alternator. I've started snapping up sales literature and workshop manuals to familiarise myself with the car. So far I'm pleased with the car. It drives nicely and is a welcome return to American Vehicle ownership since selling my Mercury last year. Edited by Norwich-Paul 2013-11-20 3:54 PM | ||

I was up in Norfolk a couple of weeks back to pick up a spare wheel for my lorry, it was a place called Badersfield an RAF depot named in honour of Douglas Bader..
