Good or bad ,I don't know but from what I have read elsewhere they are the makers of the parts sold on ebay by the seller ID classicparts4u
They have been desribed on this fourm as tin foil floors

I bought a floor access panel for my '56 Plymouth from them thru e-bay, and I'm satisfied with the item. It's the same size and shape, and the metal measures the same thickness as the original. It appears to be entirely hand formed, but the hump has been formed by welding. The weld looks rather sloppy, but it lappears as if it will work fine.

I can't speak about the floor and rocker patch panels, but they don't appear to be the same shape as the originals, or at least when compared to those from: http://www.autobodyspecialt.com/ However, they are substantially cheaper, so I guess you get what you pay for.

As promised, here are the pictures of the '61 Chrysler RF floorpan I bought from Classic to Current Fabrication (on ebay dba classicparts4u for $49 plus $20 shipping).

As you can see, the piece is hand cut and bent, not a stamped piece like the original. The shape and fit is not quite right. The pan is a little too big and will need to trimmed to size. I suppose it's better to be too big rather than too small. Also, the bend in the front is a rather sharp bend as opposed to the curved radius of the original and a little too far forward too. It will take some work on my part but I think I can rebend and form it a bit better. We'll see how much work this entails.

The stiffening ribs are in the correct locations but are only about half the depth of the originals.

Also note that the corners of the pan are cut and bent but I'll need to weld them up. On the original, the shape of the corners was made by the stamping press dies.

The metal does seem to be quite heavy gauge (18 ga?). I don't see any problem there. It doesn't seem flimsy at all.

Overall, is this a good deal? I'd say it's "fair" deal for the price (i.e. you get what you pay for).

I think I'll go ahead and use it in my '61. If I were doing a concours resto on a 300G, I would not use it, I'd pay the money for a better quality pan. For my '61 Newport, I think It'll be fine, Once it's covered in carpet, the only people who will ever see it will be me when I'm under the car and maybe the guy at the tire store. And who cares about him?

On my 56 Windsor, I will go with these front floor pans. It isn't a concourse restoration and I am not a pro at this but they will work for my ride and they will be better then what I am removing.

The trunk pan is too small to fit the actual car.  I would say it is scaled down to somewhere around the 0.9:1 range!  These crooks are no good.  They do ship something to you, but they are not doing you any favors.  STAY AWAY FROM CLASSICPARTS4U!

I bought a rear quarter from them. I was disappointed. But it's not completely worthless. I will be using part of it. but it really is just one step closer than buying a piece of flat stock.

I have bought inside and outside rocker ans well as both rear quarters from them. the inside rocker was just a straight peace of metal approx 7' long X6" wide with a 1'90 degree bend. Nothing at all like the inside rocker of the car. the outer rocker was about 3/8 " wider that the original. It was heavy gauge metal though. The quarter panels were what I believe to be 20 gauge (a lot thinner than original) and where hand made, not stamped. Since our cars are not Chev., we just don't have a source for quality aftermarket body panels. Just have to make do with what we can get.

Hey Guys, I had all my inner and outer rockers and other floor pieces formed at a local fab shop. He has been doing a great job for me. I usually get this stuff a little big so i can trim to fit. But I do take a sample of some sort to him so he has something to work with. We used all 18 ga metal. The outer rocker had to be installed in 3 sections as his roller wouldn't handle longer than about 30 ". I butt welded them together, carefully, and the came out nice. He is a ' good people ' and a pleasure to deal with. I can approach him and see if he would be interested in helping any of the rest of you guys, if anyone is interested. He is in Hayward, Calif. I usually get 2 of everything made so will have it ready when I get to the other side. Just thought I would throw another option out there. Jerry

ive ordered the floor pans for my 58' plymouth from them mainly because of budgetary reasons, the pans arent as accurrate as they can be but worked well they are plenty big they are18 guage steel and are treated with some rust inhibiting coat which keeps them from flash rusting, I ordered the trunk pan from them , and was not pleased, its very innaccurate and the size is off, ill still ise it though because it beats paying $600, im awaiting the outer rockers , dont know how well those will fit, dont bother with their inner rockers as they are totally wrong judging from their pics, I had mine done at a fab shop for $15 for the pair I bought 18 4x8 stock and took my old inners and they formed it on a brake no problem. hers a pic oftthe c2c floor pans in my car. http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm54/carlosmy58/Picture194.jpg http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm54/carlosmy58/Picture199.jpg...

Nice work 318fins ! I didn't have to go all the way to the tunnel. I think the ' local fab shop ' is the way to go I've done all my sheet metal stuff that way, except for some impossible pieces to fabricate, I got from John at Bib M. It just takes a lot of patience and a little enginenuity. But it can be done !!! Jerry

THANKS '59 in california , I probably shouldve gotten my outer rockers fabbed as WayneC said the outer rockers from C2C are too wide they arent round enough hopefully Ill be able to massage them in place.
