Allpar used to have a good write-up on Canadian Dodge engines (probably written by our Bill Watson) but it is kind of a sh#tshow over there now (nightmare).

That said, from memory the Canadian 57 Dodge engines were ONLY scallop-edged (pre-corporate 318s) polys but I am not sure if they were 303 or 313 or not.

Found it after a bit of work:

"The 313-cid V8 was derived by boring out the 303-cid V8. Both had a 3.31" stroke, but the 313 had a 3.875" bore compared to the 3.81" of the 303. The 313 was introduced in 1957 for the Dodge Custom Royal,
while the smaller Dodges and Plymouths got the 303. For 1958, the 313 V8 moved down to the small Dodges and Plymouths while the Canadian-built Dodge Custom Royal went to the 325-cid V8."

For Canadian 57 Chryslers it looks like there was a 354 Spitfire poly in the Windsor and a 392 Firepower hemi in the New Yorker.

Yes, the only difference in the Chryslers was that the Canadian Windsor was like a US Saratoga, except that the Saratoga received the power pak 4bbl & dual exhaust as standard. You had to pay extra to get it on the Canadian Windsor, just like the US Windsor. I think the fabrics were also a little different, but otherwise same as the Saratoga with different badges.
