According to the cowl tag, it should have Red Vinyl and Red Cloth Upholstery (code 325) shown below;
Red all-vinyl trim, as we can see, has code 425;
Also originally it has equipped with White convertible top color (code R2) instead Black…

You can remove both the front stub frame and rear suspension, as evidenced in this 1960 New Yorker convertible restoration.
