The Plymouth, Dodge, Desoto and Chrysler wagons were all based on the same body in 57-58. All four used the same 23 gal tank, PN 1737 099, V8 or 6.
Nothing on eBay at the moment (that I could see) but this info might broaden your search so you can find something.

I thought the one I have was in good condition, but it's not. It would need a section cut out and a new piece welded in.
