Hi Sid, isn't that the standard B-block distributor? I mean not specifically for our cars? If so, I would ask at the german mopar forum as most of the people there convert to some aftermarket distributor. If you are not registered there I could ask for you.

Hi Nikolas, that would be great!
the P3690431 is the standard B engine mopar performance distributor. it works great in my car since the early 90s, no problems whatsoever. i'm piecing together another car and try to make it technically a clone of my 60 fury. thanks!

I have a 59 Dodge with a 361 that might be the right one, have to pull it and check. it may need rebuild. It is a 2 barrel engine so not sure it is a dual point.

Thanks Rolland, but this distributor is a breakerless P program part. A rebuild and modified @70s aluminum distributor, with performance advance curve (springs/weights) and adjustable vacuum advance unit. i just bought one on ebay for $70 but, as usual, shipping killed the deal.

I'll start a "wanted" thread, no problem. Maybe you're lucky

By the way, just out of curiosity: what's the other car you are building?

actually 2 cars, i know i will never finish either and it would be cheaper to buy a good running one, but its kinda fun to me bringing them back. one is a very rough, bent and rusty 61 fury golden commando coupe stripper (the hemi cuda of its day) the other is a 59 fury coupe in pieces (incomplete saved from a sofa builder) but absolutely rust free and straight. the easier project by far is the 59 fury that i hope to sell, before i dump any more money in it;) both light blue cars.

Sounds nice! I really wonder how you keep finding those cars in Germany...;-)
