So far its been all quiet on the western front, not even a low ball offer yet

I guess thats a good thing though

I got more interest when I put the plymouth up, could have sold that for an old ATV

The problem always is you spend pretty much the same on a top line car as you do on a sedan !

Tell you what Mick after seeing the before pics and now the after pics and knowing the work you put into it I can say you've done a great job of the Dodge

I'd be proud of it if I ended up with a result like that.

Someone's gunna be happy with that car.

The question is why? Why not enjoy the fruits of your labor now that it's done? I really doubt that you are trying to do this to make money. If so, there are much easier and more profitable ways to make money. Restoring expensive cars like old gullwing Mercedes & other collectible sports cars is the way to go if you want to earn a living because there is much more profit margin in them. I live on the opposite end of the spectrum. I drive and enjoy my cars while I am working on them which makes it more difficult to really make them super nice. But, at least this way I get to really enjoy them without putting in a lot of effort, only to discover that it wasn't really what I wanted after all. I ran into that with 2 of my previous projects and let them go long before I had much invested in them. Or is the problem that now it's too nice, so that you are afraid of dramatically lowering the value if you actually start driving it? I ask these questions because I see a lot of people get rid of a car once it's done and it doesn't make much sense to me so I am trying to figure out what the reasoning is behind it. I really hate when I decide to get rid of a car that I had poured gobs of time and money into. It is a senseless waste of my life to be starting over with something else.

But in any case, I wish you the best of luck with the sale. It really is a nice car that I would love to be driving.

Its not being sold to make money, I would have to add more to the price for that.
When I bought it, I bought it to cut up and use for parts for my plymouth and as a reference for what goes where (The plymouth was bought first and was, and still is in 1000 pieces), well obviously that didnt happen because i made a deal with the car that if I could fix the rust in the roof I would fix the rest, the roof came out good, so I fixed it, but now I have run out of spare coin to fix the plymouth which I tried to sell, but only got stupid offers for, so I want to sell the dodge.

I dont dislike the dodge, but to be honest, out of the 3 cars I have, its the one I want the least and I am far from being a rich man, so having 3 toys in the toybox is not an option

I havnt had even a stupid offer on it yet, so who knows, I have had thoughts of pulling the engine and trans and swapping the plymouth ones in to reduce the price (plymouth engine and trans seems surprisingly good)

Like me, I have a rotation system. If I want to do something or buy a vehicle I have to sell others.. I just can't afford to have a few car collection. Did you see this Mick? It's just not pretty..
