Subject: 61 Alternator Adjusting Strap

I'm restoring a 1962 Ghia L 6.4 coupe. This car has a 1961 DeSoto 383 engine with air conditioning. I need an alternator adjusting strap for an A/C car. This may be a one year only Mopar part, number 1997 526. Anyone have pictures of the alternator strap on a 61 AC car? Thanks! John

I believe the correct strap looks like the one pictured below, with a rearward offset to accomodate the two-belt alternator pulley (rearward belt not used on this non-AC car)...
